Detail Training Overview

After attending our training you will be able to go home with all of the knowledge and tools to start your business immediately. You will be responsible for the purchase of a kiln and kiln furniture. Depending on which kiln you select, the approximate cost for a kiln is $2,500. We can help you select one if you like during your training.

The cost for the Business Training Package, including the training and start-up tools is $6,800. This includes a 3-day of comprehensive training that can be divided into the recommended 3 days or condensed into two days for those that are not able to stay the 3 days. Once you have chosen a training date, I will send you a contract specifying all of the details. A $1,000 deposit will be required to secure a date at least 30 days prior to your training date. Ceramic Startup Tools and Steps

You will receive all the necessary ceramic tools, forms, and plaque designs to be able to create the ceramic impressions. If you are driving to the training, you will take all of the materials with you. If you are flying, we suggest that you bring an empty suitcase or two to take as many tools with you and then we can ship the remaining materials to your home, following your training. The tools package includes a training manual, 75 lbs. of clay, 6 half size pints of glaze, paint brushes and palettes, over 50 manual clay tools, rubber and plastic stamps, wooden and plastic templates, drafting tools, large pin roller, ribbons, ceramic markers, appointment book, display advertising kit, plastic clay containers, tools containers, and many other ceramic tools needed to start your business.

All of the steps from start to finish for creating ceramic impressions will be covered, including taking the imprints, conducting individual imprint appointments, group imprint parties and events, advice on organizing your business and your work studio space. What is so special about our training is that you get to practice taking many impressions with different age children, including newborns since it is the most important step in this business.

You will need to have access to a kiln and home studio space to be able to create the ceramic impressions as part of your business. We can provide you will any information you may need to purchase your kiln or organizing your home studio space.

Forms, Templates, Plaque Designs

You will be given a hard copy, and a CD of your business forms ready to be printed in your local printer or to be sent off to a printing company. All you have to do is insert your business information. These forms include business cards, gift certificates, customer order forms, flyers, coupons, plaque labels, group imprints flyers, price list, marketing business proposal for stores, hospitals, and other potential clients, and many other forms. **In addition to the standard circle, square, rectangle designs, you will also receive over 20 templates of Littlefeet Imprints ceramic plaque designs, which can be used to create the classic plaque designs. The big bonus to our training is that we will teach you to create classic plaque designs (train, airplane, baseball, surfboard, etc.) which sell for $20- $25 more per plaque than simple regular designs (circle, square, rectangle). 75% of my customers order design plaques.

Marketing and Advertising Plan

I will share all the details and strategies of my marketing plan, which has made Littlefeet Imprints a success in very little time. Most of the steps are easy to follow and most advertising plans are free of charge, require little work and will get you customers in little time. I will show you how to book events with mommy groups, art shows, conferences, baby boutiques, and even baby stores at malls. This plan will be given to you to assist you in making your business a success.
